Venue Rules & Guidelines
How the Twilight Event space must be kept.
Rules for the Twilight Event space are as follows: Entrance and use of the main building is prohibited. Access is only granted for the washroom at the back of the building.
All garbage and items must be removed before booking slot is over. No littering. Any garbage found will be charged to the damages security deposit.
No loitering on the grounds after the booking slot.
Parking is only allowed outside the grounds. Driveway use is only allowed for the loading and unloading of event supplies, setup material and equipment.
No shows will still be charged the 50% deposit. No refunds to deposits.
Refunds will be only be given when changes or cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the booking slot. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given.
